- Quotes are valid for a limited time and may expire if not accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services:
- All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
- Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.
- No refunds are provided for completed work, delivered files, or partially completed projects.
5. Late or Failed Payments
- Failure to complete payment may result in delayed or suspended services.
- Access to delivered work, files, or systems may be restricted until payment is completed.
- ORRAT reserves the right to cancel a project if payment obligations are not met.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy.
- We encourage clients to contact support@orrat.com to resolve any billing concerns.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent service refusal.
7. Taxes and Fees
- Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges imposed by their local authorities or payment providers.
- Any transaction or processing fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise.
8. Currency
- Payments may be processed in various currencies depending on the agreed method.
- Exchange rates are determined by the payment provider and are outside of our control.
9. Service Suspension or Termination
ORRAT reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are overdue or unpaid.
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
- Terms of service are violated.
